• Assessment for Quality Assurance Program at the manufacturing or distributing sites, with clear quality gaps identification and provide recommended actions (corrective & preventive) to reach the best Quality Program within the organization.
• The duration of the deep dive evaluation and assessment will really depend on the number of employees in the organization and the number of manufacturing sites/units & complexity involved in the assessment which can range between 2-5 full comprehensive days for each manufacturing site/distributor.
• Assessment can be selective to a specific area/operation unit or can be holistically (end to end assessment) covering the whole supply chain from raw/pack material receiving up to Finished Good shipment to the trade/customers. That would depend on the client preference and need.
• Interested clients will be asked to fill a simple questionnaire with basic information. The information provided in this questionnaire will be used to perform an initial assessment of the client organization size and scope of business. The data will help determine whether Jana Consultation can do the right assessment for this organization and provide the needed services & resources for the expected size of the business as necessary
