QUALITY CERTIFICATION
To grant "Jana Quality Certificate"
• JANA CONSULTATION D.O.O. provides a certificate “JANA QUALITY CERTIFICATE” for those interested clients to participate in the Quality Assessment Program full package.
• This program is divided into 3 parts:
Do a full assessment to the client manufacturing/distribution site & organization and provide a report with a detailed Quality gaps/observation and highlighting the corrective & preventive actions recommendation.
Do a second assessment to the same facility after 6 months to monitor actions completion, gap closure and overall Quality program effectiveness.
Do a final visit to the site in 12 months’ time from the initial assessment verify the Quality Program effectiveness and certify the client site for “JANA Quality Certificate”.
The “JANA QUALITY CERTIFICATE” is valid for 3 years from the issuing date.
To renew the certificate, the site will need to register in a new service from JANA Consultation D.O.O.
